$computer = “LocalHost”
 $namespace = “root\CIMV2”
 $a = Get-WmiObject -class Win32_OperatingSystem -computername $computer -namespace $namespace
 $a | gm
 $a.lastbootuptime

思路是：WMI对象：Win32_OperatingSystem
